We've noticed that sometimes when a browser is set to remember passwords that it remembers incorrectly and fills in the wrong information.
Just to be sure, if you're having login problems, type in your email address and password very carefully. Don't let the browser fill it out for you.
The other thing to check is that you type your password exactly as you set it the first time. This is because 'KiPP3r' is a different password to 'kipp3r' and if it is wrong access will be denied.
